Why This Meeting Matters

At Forward Clarksville, we believe that education, understanding, and communication are essential to building a safer and more inclusive community.

For many families raising or supporting individuals with autism, interactions with law enforcement can bring additional concerns, especially when communication or sensory challenges are involved.

Our goal is to help families feel informed, prepared, and empowered while strengthening the relationship between our disability community and local law enforcement.

Together, we can build a community where every individual is treated with dignity, respect, understanding, and compassion.
